Summer Camp 2023

Troop 7 had a great week at Camp Rainey Mountain, in Clayton GA. The girls went white-water rafting, and worked on numerous merit badges, including Rifle, Archery, Photography, Art, and Wilderness Survival. They also hiked an adventurous 1099 steps at Talullah Gorge State Park. Thank you to our families and volunteers who made the 2022-2023 school year and our camping adventures possible. We have several activities over the summer as well as an upcoming calendar for the 2023-2024 school year. Please reach out if your girl youth aged 11-17 is interested in making lasting friendships while experiencing the leadership and outdoor program of Scouts BSA.

Join Us!

New Scouts BSA girls are welcome to join at any time throughout the year. Girls must in fifth grade or older. No previous experience is required and it’s never too late to attend a meeting! If your youth is still in elementary school, we invite you to visit Cub Scout Pack The Great Pack 7, who welcomes girls and boys in grades K-5 year-round.

You are welcome to visit during any of our regular weekly meetings to meet our leadership and your Troop members. We are a girl-led Troop who follows the patrol method and has a regular activity schedule. Please Contact Us for our schedule and to find out why Scouts BSA is the adventure you’re looking for!

Did you know? Girls have been a part of the BSA since 1971, included in both the Venturing and Sea Scouts programs. For more information on Scouts BSA, the Greater Tampa Bay Council has put together this information guide. We look forward to seeing you at an event soon.
